Durings the months of May and June the Mobula of Munk that live around the peninsula of BCS start to gather around Cerralvo Island, first in tens, then in hundreds and finally they gather in aggregations that grow to the thousands! All of them swimming togheter, they join to mate, give birth and feed in this marvelous event which can be sight from a boat and experience in the water!

SEA LIONS COLONY

To the north of Cerralvo Island there is a tinny island "La Reinita" where sealions use as permanent or seassonal home, full of corals, school of fishes and other aquarium like creatures were you can see them playing, resting and sometimes hunting. A dream spot to swim with these beauties, experience them beign curios and even playful!
Perfect spot for snorkeling or freediving with diferents depths for everyone!

"THE 88" CETACEANS SIGHTING

Far outside Cerralvo Island out to the west, at 35 nautic miles there is an area called "the 88" named by the seamen. Formed by "Oceanic currents" diferent types of animals who don't come close to the shore lurk in there, the seamen have sighted groups of sperm whales, tuna migration followed by oceanic bottle nose dolphins which are bigger, spinners dolphins, beaked whales and with luck live the chance to see the greates mammal on earth, the blue whale!
